How far in advance should we book?
Weekends and holidays fill up fast — especially during spring and summer. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead for weekend bachelorette parties. Call 727-742-2277 if you're planning last minute.
Can we decorate the boat?
Yes — bring balloons, banners, sashes, and anything that fits your vibe. Just avoid anything that could end up in the water. Our captains love a good bachelorette setup and are happy to help make the bride feel special.
What if our group is larger than 6?
Island Ferry can accommodate groups up to 18 guests across three boats running together. Multi-boat groups get a substantial discount. Call 727-742-2277 to discuss your group size and get a custom quote.
Can we really bring our own alcohol?
Yes — BYOB is welcome and encouraged on all Island Ferry charters. Bring wine, champagne, seltzers, or cocktails. We provide large coolers with ice. No bar menu, no minimum spend.
What's the Passage Key naturist charter?
Passage Key is a protected, clothing-optional barrier island at the mouth of Tampa Bay — completely secluded and only accessible by boat. Powder sand, turquoise Gulf water, and free-spirited setting. You are looked after by our discreet and professional captains and crew.
Where do tours depart from?
All boat charters depart from Tierra Verde Marina Resort — 5 minutes from St. Pete Beach. Free parking available. The kayak tour departs from 2830 Pinellas Bayway South, also in Tierra Verde. Full directions provided after booking.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe we'll reschedule or provide a full refund. We monitor conditions closely and contact guests in advance so your plans aren't disrupted.
