We take you to Egmont Key's sunken ruins for the best snorkeling in St Pete Beach, offering a variety of colorful tropical fish. But we don't stop there. We then take you to Shell Key & Outback Key islands, for even more snorkeling. At these beautiful islands, you'll snorkel with the rays, sand dollars, starfish, and sometimes manatees! Only Island Ferry lets you snorkel THREE islands on the same trip! And you will get to see all of our beloved wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, rays, sea turtles, and many species of shorebirds (depending on the season).

Egmont Key is an outer barrier island and was a military fortress in the late 1800s, designated Fort Dade. With its own artificial reef, known as the Sunken Ruins, Egmont Key provides the very best snorkeling experience in the region. The waters at the reef are approximately 9 feet deep, and most days the waters are clear enough to see all the way to the bottom.
Our smaller vessels allow us to get into the less crowded and more secluded snorkeling areas in the nature preserves. On this private snorkeling tour you avoid the large crowded boats, so you're guaranteed to get more snorkeling time with us than all the other tours. Our boat and crew are at your beck and call for a half day, 4-1/2 hours.
